Jargon Watch: Re-gruntle

As soon as I saw the word re-gruntle in the December issue of Real Business magazine I loved it. Its sounds wonderful and rolls round your mouth as you say it – seriously give it try. Re-gruntle is the way that you should deal with those who are disgruntled. “Its an unexpected and magnanimous gesture that ultimately costs you less,” as the article says.
