Great Advice

I was at the top of Ludgate House in a discussion on online PR hosted by the guys from e-Consultancy with Katy Howell and she came up with the obvious common-sense (but still great advice) ‘Don’t tweet in anger‘.

To which I would add (tongue in cheek): unless you have the ability and prepared to kick the snot out of your target if they come back regarding your angry tweet and can be sure they won’t report you to the police.
