I like: Personas | Metropath(ologies) by Aaron Zinman

I came across this project at MIT Media Lab by Aaron Zinman. I really like the way it represents what a search term is about rating it against a pre-defined taxonomy of categories. The process of scanning the data was transparent and facinating to watch.

persona

I took a screen shot whilst the process was running.

I came across this project about a month ago and took a similar screen shot, and posted it to my Tumblog: http://jordanstone.tumblr.com/post/167417466/from-http-personas-media-mit-edu-personasweb

Why is that interesting? Because the screen shot I landed on, actually captured this blog post that you wrote about a month earlier which mentioned me: http://renaissancechambara.jp/2009/07/10/notes-i-made-reading-text-100s-global-blogger-survey/

Magic?

From a technology perspective this site like so many others is powered by WordPress and supercharged with caffiene. It looks minimalist, yet aesthetically pleasing thanks to a slightly tweaked version of DePo Skinny Theme designed by the talented Mr Powazek. The site is hosted on a grid service by the clever people at Media Temple (mt).
