#GuardianGag: Carter Ruck alleged to be involved in surpressing toxic waste parliamentary question

Speculation around the gagging order obtained by lawyers Carter Ruck against The Guardian has zero-ed in on a parliamentary question mentioning Trafigura, who are alleged to have dumped hundreds of tons of toxic waste in the Ivory Coast. Parliamentary blogger Guido Fawkes pointed to this report on Wikileaks.
