After a couple of weeks of PowerPoint-mongering, I am teaching a course for Econsultancy next week (November 24). This will be on online PR for healthcare industries. Of the work that I am doing I find this the most interesting and challenging sector to work in. I enjoy a front line seat and bit player role as government regulation gets hit by the disruptive power of online technologies and communities.
