Summary of the Digital Economy Bill in the form that it is likely to be passed
I put together a quick summary of the winners and losers from the Digital Economy Bill 2009 which the government is currently pushing through approval in advance of the next election for Left Foot Forward. I suspect the public reaction to this will be a slow burner and we be back in three years as the government of the day tries to reduce the long-term damage wrought by the forthcoming legislation.
