Ogilvy on mobile and retail

Ogilvy have got an interesting whitepaper on how they see mobile devices and the mobile web affecting consumer behaviour. One of the problems with things like comparison shopping sites is that they didn’t necessarily put the near perfect economic data that they offered into the hands of consumers at the right time.

Mobile devices have the chance to change this and so much more from the consumer point-of-view; but they also offer a wealth of opportunties for marketers as well; so Ogilvy’s ideas on this are timely and pertinent.
