Rentokil & Brands2Life were unlucky, not unusual

There has been a bit of a furore over recent media activity for Rentokil by Brands2Life based on bad research. By all accounts it was a bit misguided but genuine mistakes that got them there. In comparison to The contribution of the creative industries to the European economy report by copyright pressure group BASCAP, Brands2Life and Rentokil’s work looks like a legitimate peice of research.
