Earlier this evening I gave a presentation about how not to run a social media campaign pointing out some of the key lessons that can be learned from digital howlers and boiled it down into a digestible format for a range of attendees from the PR industry. It was a modified take on the same topic that I presented about this time last year.
This time I focused on less video content, brevity and pulling some recent choice examples. The two videos that I used were MBNA / Bank of America – One.
