Whilst I love to fly Cathay Pacific, I know that I have ribbed them in the past for its ‘James Bond’ adverts and its use of social media, but its nice to praise them for a change. I really like the creative that they have done to promote their sponsorship of the Hong Kong 7s rugby tournament alongside HSBC Bank.
It puts their staff back front and centre as the stars, is fun and doesn’t make their customers look like dorks. The body check by an air stewardess using a food trolley looks pretty damn painful; even empty those things are heavy, having one crash into you on the isle is bad enough.
